What if we use 5days old open seal red wine, which is not kept in freezer. How it will affect to my health. Its smelling bad

Iam using olmezest h20 for hypertension since 6 years but sometimes my bp shows little bit high like 150/90. So I want to adjust my tab pls suggest me Like olmezest h40 or triolmezest 20. Regards.

I am 25 years old and have started getting new pimples, mostly on my upper cheeks, overnight for the past week. These pimples are cyst-like—throbbing and painful. My periods are regular, and I haven’t noticed other significant changes in my health. Could you please help me understand the cause of these sudden breakouts and suggest an appropriate treatment?

Hi doctors , I'm from chennai I recently got a parcel from Uttar pradesh The package i received was pretty wet I asked the delivery guy what happened he didn't know ...when I inspected the parcel some droplets fell on my shirt ... After roughly 3 hours i got an injury on my head I rubbed it after mistakenly touching my shirt . What is the probability of that parcel containing the rabid saliva ? That could have got onto my shirt survived another 3 hours and me touching it and infecting my head wound ... I think Uttar Pradesh is high of rabies dog cases... I got my vaccination 14 months before in 2023 ... Am I safe ? Do I need to take another booster dose ? Or Am I overthinking due to rabies anxiety ?

My bp and sugar is normal, sinus rythm normal but I get abnormal t-wave in ecg , i brisk walk daily without any issue and I mostly eat healthy diet do, do I need any further checkup

I had severe swelling in my right ankle 5 months back. There was severe pain and difficulty in walking was also there for few days. When I press on the swelling there used to be a dent also. Previously I had high uric acid levels with were ranging from 9 to 8. That time X ray of ankle was normal. KFT and LFT were also normal, uric acid was also under normal limits. Have used fubuxostat for few days. It got reduced after around 2 weeks, but still below calf it appears that my right leg from knee is little larger than left but it can be observed only with careful observation and look closely. Ankle part also little bigger compared to the left. Now also sometimes I see little pain and burning like sensation below knee especially around the ankle. Does gout cause this change in leg shape. Worried about DVT, if it is will it reduce in 2 weeks? No marks on skin. Will it be there for 5 months? Please advise
