Need more information,  what problem you have and since how long ? What are the results of thyroid function tests? What meds you have been prescribed?As treatment depends on whether you have hypo or hyperthyroidism.

It's to high, u didn't  mentioned the dose of medicine.  U need a bit higher  dose. U need to add calcium as  thyroxine is calcium depleting agent so bones become weak.  Ok
