Elevated CPK ( Creatinine phosphokinase ) happens generally when there is rhabdomyolysis i.e., muscle injury ( secondary to trauma, strenuous exercise, toxins, heat stroke, myositis etc ) Less common causes include hypothyroidism, low potassium etc. Please consult a general physician for general examination and further evaluation. In the meantime please increase your water intake.
Next Steps
Consult a General physician.
