Hii dr I feel all the time that something bad happens with me all the time my attention is on my heart i feared from heart attack after a call ring or any call like I feel any bad news coming at every day i feel the same and feeling anxiety sometime feel pain in left side which is auto go away feeling tightness in left side below test has been done which is normal Kft-normal Lft-normal Blood sugar normal Cholestrol-normal Ecg-normal thrice Echo-normal Ct coronory angio-normal Bp-120/70 Pulse rate-80to106 Uric acid -normal Please suggest as doctor told me it's an anxiety

Sir and Madam, After few weeks of workout experienced muscle spasms, pain and also specific postures(Leaning, Putting pressure or entire load on the right shoulder and resting head over the shoulder etc) movements causing pain the ribcage area and sternum and the side of the sternum.Shoulder joint pain with sounds while rotating. Compression works but again workout or movements induces pain. Any suggestion regarding meds. Please assist. Thanks and regards.

I have been ill since a week, had bad cough and cold and also fever which lasted for two days, a week later again I am feeling feverish for which I took combiflam. The fever subsides when I take the medicine but recurs after few hours. Being in a remote educational institution it's not possible to visit a physician immediately so please do let me know the basic medicine which I can take .

I have been having difficulty swallowing for more than a month now. I feel scared to swallow food or medicines because i feel food will be stuck in the throat or will go inside the wind pipe. Also recently for that i am eating slowly and i have a low appetite as well. Attaching few reports. Please suggest
