Hello, I’ve been experiencing persistent gas and acidity for the past 5-6 months. During the first 3-4 months, this was accompanied by diarrhea, which has improved now. However, I still struggle with excessive gas, and over the past few days, I’ve noticed slight stomach pain. I lead a mostly sedentary lifestyle. Given these symptoms, should I be concerned, and would you recommend any tests or dietary/lifestyle adjustments?

Started with a runny nose and sneeze and it got better over 3 days. But then developed cough that goes away and then comes back. I cough more in th cold than warm weather. Cough is dry .
