Hello doctor What is the duration for TT injection? I have taken Tt injection in 2024 feb Yesterday a very minor cut( no blood come) with a clean knife while cutting vegetables . Do I need to get tt again? And also in this month I have tried for pregnancy.

I'm feeling fatigue, leg pain (mostly below knee), sometimes I feel lightheaded and dizzy. I have IBS D but from some days I'm feeling very sleepy all day long. I have done my vitamin tests. My Vitamin D is 28.55 ng/mL. Vitamin b12 is 447 pg/mL. Vitamin A is 426.42 ng/mL. Vitamin E is 7834 nd/mL. Vitamin K is 0.38 ng/mL. My TSH is 3.62. Hemoglobin is 11.1 g/dL. I feel dizzy when I get up from my chair or when I do little yoga or activity. I have muscle fatigue as well i.e. when I climb stairs I have extreme leg fatigue.. when I hold something for too long in my hand then I have hand fatigue. I find it difficult to do my tasks due to this. I take 8 hours of sleep daily still have this. I don't feel energized. I see floaters and at night I see  afterimages when i blink or close eye after looking at the flash lights or bright light in the morning. Please suggest me treatment.

I workout regularly so i get muscle pain amd soreness and sometimes i feel fatigue...my age is 28 years...how much concentration of magnesium glycinate suppliment should i take daily to reduce my muscle pain and soreness??

I am 28 years old female  Since last three days I am experiencing sudden rise in heart beat, n a lil restlessness in my left leg n arm ( sometimes). I drink coffee once a day bt often skip in between so its not a daily habit in medicines, I am taking calcium meds, one tab a day. Having a healthy diet with fruits, 3 meal a day, 20 min stretching daily, exposure to sunlight is less bt I try to get it as much as possible....about stress, there's any major event or change so far...so why am I experiencing this

My mother have ulcers on tongue and a wound on tongue she is feeling burn on it at night.please suggest something.Her age is 45+ .she has also removed molar.

I have irregular periods. I have some plans, so I want some medicine to get my periods. I am not sexually active. So I do not think I need any kind of test.
