Flu

Hello Doctors, I am suffering from fever from Tuesday evening and stomach pain, loose motions from 2 days. Fever comes with chills and lots of body pain, nausea (2 times vomiting) . Haven't eaten anything since 3 days. My dengue IGg is positive and Ns1 , IGm is negative. What should I do.?  Note:- I am diabetic patient also taking glycomet 850/2. Thank you 🙏🏼
