Hi, 1. You can't get fast results. That's not how the body works 2. Why do you need better values? Your vitamin d is adequate despite what any ill informed health coach or misinformation spreading fitness influencer says. 3. Hemoglobin of 10.5, though it is below the upper limit of normal is still good for a young Indian woman. Supplement your diet with iron and b12 rich food. Start an exercise routine if one doesn't exist currently Slow, steady results is the way to go. Take care Consult not required

Rapid correction of iron and vitamin deficiencies is neither feasible nor recommended. While iron deficiency is common, it is not the sole cause of anemia. It is advisable to check your Vitamin B12 and serum ferritin levels, along with a peripheral smear examination. These investigations will help guide appropriate further management. For Vitamin D deficiency, you may take Cap. Super D3 60,000 IU once weekly (preferably every Sunday after breakfast) for 8 weeks, followed by once monthly for the next 6 months.
