Neck  Pain
From last 20 days i am feeling continuous pain in my neck. i used to study 10 - 12 hours a day on bed.is it very serious disease??

Ling hrs of study is cause . In between  you need neck exercise. U can search NECK EXERCISE BY SAURABH BOTHRA IN U TUBE. TILL THAN ZERODOL SP SOS OR 3 TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD.
