Hello Sir /Ma'am, Avg BP readings (Elder Brother)- 135/85 ongoing Telmikind 20 HR avg 88-94 after taking Met Succinate tab for 2 weeks. Does he need to continue the same meds or dosage change is required.One more assistance  required after each and every doctor visit in person or virtual he is going through severe anxiety, indifferent behaviour pattern and few noticable violent traits with people around.
