TSH raised
I have a hypothyroidism since 6 yrs .Recently I checked my thyroid profile nd. Dat is TSH :-7.6 ,T3:-0.9,T4:-10. and Anti TPO is 420.6 .Dat scares me I m bit anxious abt my result .I m on thyroxin 75 mcg from last 1 mnth .Guide me fr further evaluation . Thank you

You have hypothyroidism. One month is too early to evaluate the response to treatment. Get another thyroid function tests done after 2 months. If still low, dose of thyroxine can be  increased to 100 microgram.

it's most probably hashimotos thyroiditis .. consult with ur endocrinologist

It may me autoimmune  thyroiditis  u need to consult  a MD physician or endocrinologist.  Probably  dose need to monitor. Whether u add calcium  or not, as thyroxine is calcium depleting agent so bones become weak.

A raised TSH and anti tpo indicates that you may have autoimmune thyroiditis.You may need a dosage increase under the supervision of your doctor.
