I have a hypothyroidism since 6 yrs .Recently I checked my thyroid profile nd. Dat is TSH :-7.6 ,T3:-0.9,T4:-10. and Anti TPO is 420.6 .Dat scares me I m bit anxious abt my result .I m on thyroxin 75 mcg from last 1 mnth .Guide me fr further evaluation .

You have hypothyroidism. One month is too early to evaluate the response to treatment. Get another thyroid function tests done after 2 months.
If still low, dose of thyroxine can be increased to 100 microgram.
