CRP 16.92 mg/L
Vitamin d 45.68ng/ml
Vitamin b12 138 pg/ml
I am feeling fatigue and yellow mucus from nose and cough sometime.
What should I do .

Why Don't u attach report? Such values without normal range r very difficult to assessment as different instrumental have different level.
Vit b12 is too low crp is highly normal.
Crp indicate inflammation in your case ots sinusitis.

Chymoral forte three times a day after food for ten days.
Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR ten days.
