Below is my cbc report. Do i have anemia. Why i feel dizzy and weakness 24 hour. No thyroid no sugar.

Your CBC is within normal limits. You are not anemic as per this result. Requires detailed examination to know the cause of your symptoms. Starting from BP, pulse rate, RBS, hydration status etc.

Hb is good. Assessment of vitamin d3 b12, mg advisable Tab stemetil MD two times a day after food for ten.  Tab vegmet two times a day after food for ten. Bp to monitor. Eye check up X ray  cervical vertebrae  ap n lat view digital.

No u don’t have anemia . Try eating well balanced diet . Also take small 3meals instead of 3 large ones .
