Your attachments are not opening clearly at my end, so I can't comment on the exact values. In a 24-year-old, mildly deranged LFT is usually fatty liver, recent alcohol, or a viral episode; small CBC shifts are often just a settling infection or mild iron deficiency. Nothing here that panics me without numbers.
Next Steps
Type out the abnormal values with units, or reupload a clear photo. Also get a liver ultrasound if SGPT is high. Book a Practo consult with me and I'll go through the full report line by line and tell you what actually needs treatment.

Lymphocytes count is high. Please share detailed medical history,  because it is symptoms and disease which h are treated, not the test results.
