Seeing your report it seems like you are anemic with some deficiencies, and to know which deficiencies are causing your anemia please Recommended Next Investigations 1. Serum Vitamin B12 and Folate levels 2. Serum Iron, TIBC, Ferritin 3. Peripheral blood smear (look for hypersegmented neutrophils, oval macrocytes) 4. Liver function tests 5. Thyroid function (TSH) 6. Reticulocyte count

Your report does show anemia, but these findings are manageable and commonly improve well once the underlying cause is properly evaluated 👍 Since some values are not fitting a simple pattern, it’s important to review the full history, symptoms, diet, periods history, and reports together before deciding the correct treatment. No need to panic 🌿 You can connect with me for a detailed consultation and I’ll guide you step by step with the proper evaluation and personalized treatment plan.

You have anemia, due to vit b12 levels. Take inj. cyanocobalamin 100mcg daily for 7 days, then alternate days for 3 to 4 weeks. Get serum b12 levels checked now and after inj. Take tab livogen one morning and one evening for 30 days.
Next Steps
Take fresh green leafy vegetables,  beetroot, pumpkin,  fruits like pomegranate, apple, curd, cheese, almonds, raisins, soya, mushrooms, eggs.Use jaggery in place of white sugar.

Your hemoglobin is quite low (8.5), so this is significant anemia and should not be managed by diet alone. MCV is slightly high, which can be seen with Vitamin B12/folate deficiency or other causes, so further evaluation is needed. Please consult a physician soon and get tests like serum B12, folate, iron profile/ferritin, reticulocyte count and peripheral smear correlation. Depending on the cause, you may need medicines/supplements and not just dietary changes. Do not panic, because WBC and platelet counts are normal, but anemia at this level should be properly evaluated and treated rather than ignored.

Next Steps
Your CBC report shows a Hemoglobin level of 8.5 g/dL, which indicates Moderate Anemia. The low Red Blood Cell (RBC) count of 2.43 further confirms that your body is not producing enough healthy red cells to carry oxygen effectively. This can lead to symptoms like constant fatigue, dizziness, shortness of breath, and pale skin. At your age, this is most commonly due to iron deficiency, but we need to rule out other causes to start the right treatment."
Health Tips
For a proper prescription of iron supplements and a detailed 3-month recovery diet plan, please book a full consultation session via my Practo profile."
