Blood Sugar Tests – Normal

All these test were done 1 month ago echo was done 2 months ago
But daily i feel dizziness sight pain in left hand and middle chest breathlessness sometimes cold sweats
What should i do please help all dr say you have anxiety but i was totally relaxed after all these test but these symptoms are not going
