Dizziness, Headache, ECG Review.
Feeling dizziness and headache since two days, taking Telma AM 40/5 once and 2.5 mg Bisoprolol twice for hypertension and tachycardia. Bisoprolol was added a month back.
Current BP is 115/80
Any medication change needed till i see the physician.
An ECG taken is attached.

Reduce T. Bisoprolol two times to one time. Take dolo for headache. If symptoms persists consult physician
