At your age, most likely pain could be due to muscle strain. Take flexon M.R one every 8 hours for 4 days. Sit with back straight and well supported, avoid bending, lifting or pushing heavy weights. Sleep using a hard, thin mattress Connect if problem continues after 4 days.
