For the last 3-4 days I am experiencing pain/ulcer in left cheek. I think that it's because of wisdom tooth eruption which is not aligned to other teeth and bit towards the cheek. I have been taking becosules thinking that it might be ulcer. But it has not helped much. Due to to this I can't speak or eat properly. I don't want to get the tooth extracted immediately. Please suggest me.

I have vit d3 defieciency 15.6.I have been advised to take 60k ui weekly once for 4 months followed by monthly once for 2 months. I have taken 11 tabs weekly once last week I don't remember if I have taken it or missed it So what should I do should I take the tan now or continue taking it next week? Also one more doc suggested to take weekly once 60k ui for 3 months and followed by one tab monthly once for two months Which should I follow If 3 months weekly course if I follow I don't remember if I have taken the last week tab so should I skip it and start monthly once course or next week take the last week tab and then continue monthly once course(I don't remember if I have taken last week tab or not I mean the 12th tab)plz respond.TIA.
