How many days is required for full recovery as 20days over still no movement in muscles but eyes getting closed now fully just muscles need to move so pls suggest

My brother has been having fever since 2 days, and has bad cough. We have given him nicip cold and flu but it has no effect on fever. He is able to eat food and sleep without coughing as well. But no change in fever. It has been consist at 100.4 - 100.6. Please suggest. Thank you
