Hi doctors, I am covid positive patients and it has been 10 days since I came positive. I am under isolation. I am measuring my temp very 30 momn...sometime under arm and sometimes mouth. Temp is varying there. Under arm is 98 max and mouth 98.9 max. How frequently should o measure temp??at what temp should I call hospital ?? Spo2 is normal

Hi 27 f iam not keeping well since Aug 2020. My temp is always ranging between 98.7 to 99.3 .I am having pain just at the back of chest area when I stretch or compress my body and in the morning also iam feeling all fever type symptoms.used all medications.done cbp crp thyroid serum creatinine serum uric acid lft lipid calcium sodium pottassium vit b12 all are normal except vit d3 15 and esr 28 .taking vit d3 supplements.not understanding what may be the problem done eeg which is also normal.
