Hello whenever I do physical activity I feel some sharp chest pain in middle of my chest. Like doing workout, push ups deep breathing etc. Is it costochondritis or intercostal myalgia I don't know. Can anyone help me with this. Thank you

My blood test(Vitamin D , 25 hydroxy) results shows deficiency of vitamin D. It is 12.92. I am also suffering from kidney stones. What should be the range(IU) of vitamin D3 or medicine for kidney stone patient?

I am a MDR TB patient and I am on a MDR TB Treatment, my question is I was having constipation so I started taking Syrup of Constipation relief "Cremaffin" because of which I got very relief but my question was How much HOURS gap should I give between "Cremaffin" Syrup and My anti TB drugs so that effects of my anti tb drugs wont get reduced and wont get digested without absorption, I felt less or low side reactions of ant tb drugs when taken 1-2 hours after "Cremaffin" Syrup, thats why I got suspicious.
