My last period date is 11 March , 24 day ovulation day I am under treatment of iui. Today I have pain in tummy spotting and continue urination it symptoms for periods???

Basically my father do farming work for few hours in the morning for years. But nowadays he is not able to do his farming work. He is so uncomfort and feels arm muscle(both) pain severely if he do farm work, especially after taking bath, he feels very tired. Consulted few doctors, took blood test. Results were quite fine. Blood pressure is of quite ok, as doctor said. He is non diabetic. I am literaly confused😔 what to do and to which doctor to consult for this issue. Please suggest. Thanks in advance🙏.
