Why steroids are giving with antibiotics in bacterial infection if the treatment is going to be longer 2-3 months, what's the role of steroids

I am suffering form uppar abdominal pain form right side of abdomen I had taken the tablet meftalspas and zifi o tablet but no result I don't have fever just only the pain and flatulence also there what I have to do please suggest. In this pendimic of corona I don't want go outside.

Today's I hv high fever I took combiflame but couldn't work properly having high pain in body as well

Which tablet can I use for headache...I have no fever ,no cold, no cough...I'm 5days from positive report...though i had the symptoms for for three days...now I don't expect severe headache..please suggest some tablet other than dolo650...as it's not working

I am having some allergies past fews days now(7-8) .I think they are drug allergies . To supress them I had a few ALLEGRA 180 and fexopen 120 but I see no improvement. I think ...It all started when I took a few (5) ZIMIG 250 for five continuous days starting from 23rd March.. then I started having some itchy swollen patches (hives). They mostly occur during nights and one of the nights I also had a swollen upper lip to supress them I took allegra 180 and fexopen 120. But the condition remains same.

My  sister is covid positiv..we are home quarantined..wht precautions we can take to get recovered..wat food we can take like for dinner,lunch ...and do we have to share different utensils, bathroom ?

I have this horribly painful tongue ulcer on the top of my tongue for a few days now and it's not getting healed. But, rather it gets even more painful as each day passes on. What can I do to ease the pain?
