I stated taking zincovit tablet and puked after thay its the second time happening with me thay whenever i take zincovit i feel lile puking does leemcee helps im nausea

Doctor my mother,46, has IDA and vit B12 deficiency. Her haemoglobin was 8, iron level was 13 ug/dl, tibc was 470, and vitamin B12 was 112 pg/ml. She has all the symptoms of anaemia like shortness of breath, headaches, dizziness and one of them is her short term memory is getting poor. She started taking Vit B12 injections on 20 March, last month. How many months will it take for her memory to get better? Please tell us doctor. I'm scared she will forget everything slowly.

My husband 47 year old who is otherwise in healthy state has recently done rountine check up for CBC,CRP etc where CRP is negative ESR is 5  but Lymphocytes range is shown to be 45.4 (normal range 20-40 given).All other parameters in CBC are within range and he has no infection symptoms.Is he fit enough to get vaccinated or should he wait?

Hello Doctor, I am facing a minor headache continuously since 4-5 days. No symptoms of Corona. After headbath also the pain still continues. Tried using Navratra oil, but the relief was temporary. My diet is very simple. Not much oily and spicy. Is it due to the hot climate and polluted air? I live in Ahmedabad. Kindly advice.
