Flu

Hi 27f .I have been not keeping well since aug iam having upper back just back of breast and breast pain when I bend and raise up it became severe since 2 months very much in the morning and also iam feeling heaviness in head and if I sit continous I am having upper back pain and fatigue feeling.I have done all blood tests cbp crp thyroid serum creatinine serum uric acid lft lipid vit b12 nt pro bnp calcium sodium Pottasium all are normal vit d3 is 15 iam using vit d3 capsules since one months weekly once and will continue it till 6 months.recently I attended a wedding when I went on stage for clicking pictures I was having some shivering and different weird feeling I never had this before .I took eeg test it is also normal .iam having shivering also sometimes .plz help what may be the reason is it related to spine or lungs?for brain I have done eeg what tests should I undergo..

I got a ferritin test done 5 months ago recommended by my dermatologist due to paleness on my skin. it was really low some 7.04. n i was taking supplements for 3 months. Now i got it done again n its in normal range but still the paleness persists... what's the reason for this paleness n do i need to continue the supplements to raise more?

Hello doctor I'm 30years old.. since 15days I'm frequently feeling vomit sensation for bad smells,if I see things with wet dust, if I see washrooms bad, if I see ants and kitchen wet wastage.... etc Usually when I get menses those 4days I feel this  way but only when I go to washroom.. Hi... Since 3 days i hve pain in forehead and eyes area.. I have heaviness in head and feeling weak.my heart beats very fast. I couldn't sleep with this prblm.During ngt it becomes worse. I have no cold. If I apply balm or takes steam.. It reduces and again occurs after 10 min. I don't understand the prblm. I took paracetamol for 1 day.But the prblm persists. Plz help me... I have 2 small kids. I could not look after them due to this sickness..
