I was covid +ve so recently did a ct scan and got a ct score as 0. However, the report also mentioned 'sever fatty liver' and 'right aortic arch with aberrant left subclavian artery'. I am also having some pain below left and right ribs. What does this ct report mean? Is there something to worry about?

Sir , I have taken a capsule of uprise d3 without any need and nobody consulted me to take it. I thought taking extra D3 vitamin will do good to me, I didn't have any vitamin deficiency. It's been 2 days I have consumed it , but i now have - diarrhoea - feeling of pressure on both ears - pain at the back of my head ( head tightness) - and rashes in hands.
