Doctor, I am having pain in lower abdomen since a month and I took ultrasound wholee abdomen. I have uploaded the report, the pain goes near liver region also sometimes. What should i do?

I am 32 male, was diagnosed with diabetes,3 years back, after that frequently checking hba1c, it is not above 7, last time only it is raised to 8.8, because of stress,now hba1c is 7, FBS 130, but PP always going above 250, creatinine 1.2,eGFR 79,sgot 56, sgpt 144. I am also having GERD with hiatus hernia for 2 years,and having anxiety for many years. Now I am having the symptoms like stomach burning, chest congestion, dizziness feeling before and after food,and sometimes while walking, especially more in the evening, having good sleep, but easily get tired, while taking nexpro L for some months with alprazolam or escitalopram, it was good, after course over again it is coming again. How many months to continue this. Currently changing lifestyle and taking siddha medicine for diabetes and stomach issues. When I feel nervous and dizzy, I checked BP and sugar, it was normal only, does 300 random sugar or 140/90 bp will cause this ?

Dear sir After wake up feeling sleepy, tiredness, low energy. This problem from 10 years onwords. Last time I visited hospital they done tests Blood test,CBP, HG,  thyroid test, sugar test everything is normal. They given some multivitamin tables , B12 ,Calcium tables. I used 2 months but nothing effect on me. Due to this problem my professional life effected kindly give solutions

1.I have piles grade 2,ct scan report shows loaded colon ,no other abnormalities... Endoscopy shows gastritis(antral)with erosion. Atpresent i am very much concerned and tensed about my around naval area pain both right and left side,it comes and goes..but whenever i am taking CIZASPA X tablet the pain then reduced,but when i stopped having this after 15 or 30 days the pain once again starts... All i want to know what is the reason of this pain?is it ibd? 2..my another problem is my both kegs aches alot.and my thigh portion(upper portion)particular in both legs are swelled.whats the reason of this pain and swelling?is it related to something serious?or its due to vitamin d deficiency?plz guide me doctor I'm really very tensed and depressed..

Hello doctor from past 3 weeks I'm suffering from very bad headache. The pain starts from top of my head and and ends all over my neck and complete head and also I won't be able to open my eyes and I won't be able to bend my head and neck.please suggest me about this.

In our country where a lot of people injecting vaccines specially village doctor and compounder don't differentiate between the injection type of intramuscular and subcutaneous, What would be the immunogenicity of the Abhayrab rabies vaccine (IM/ID) by IIL, if it is by mistake injected by the village doctor subcutaneously instead of intramuscular, will the vaccine be still effective? Will this injection cause any problem? Again Sir/Mam once a BMS doctor told me that these vaccines could even cause rabies disease in a person instead of preventing it. Is this statement true?

I have MDR-TB. How to take medicines of tb i have to eat 10 tablets in a day and one injection. Is this ok to take tablets 3 times in a day or need to all tablets take togather???
