My father had a stent in his heart 5 yrs ago...he is on medications of clopidogrel and ecosprin which are blood thinners ..can he take covid vaccine

Notice frequent  as in once a week headache. Not having eye number issues. Headache is mainly start from nose and covers forehead and just above forehead  area. Had 10 days of menstruation which is still going on.  Can  air from cooler lead to this issue ? I feel like this. I feel my body heat  has increased.  After drinking some water from matka or putting oil on scalp and on feet  or when I eat  any food which has cooling effect on body I feel better.
