Hello Doctor, I want to ask you if I am vitamin B12 and D3 deficient during Covid, how can I diagnose it. What are the medicine I can take to get rid of these vitamins deficiencies. I have also a chronic muscle chest pain due to the deficiency of these two. Please help how to treat this.

Please get serum vit. B12 and vit D3 levels tested (blood test). Start taking vit. B complex 1 tab daily. Vit D (D-pura) once weekly for a month, thereafter every 15 days for a month and then can continue once monthly.
