Hello ma'am So, first off, I would advice you to decrease the frequency of your steam inhalation. If you're doing it as a precaution, then once daily would be sufficient. Also, make sure to keep the vessel away from the stove to prevent any accidents. (The water doesn't have to continue boiling while you're taking the steam in - once it reached boiling point, you can get the vessel away from the stove and continue). Since the problem seems to be related directly with consumption of cold water, please try to avoid intake of the same. Keep your bottled water in a cool place at home away from direct sunlight and then take it. And please make sure that your AC filters have been cleaned before usage. Try salt water gargling and some lozenges, if still not subsiding, then please do take a consultation so we can give you a prescription. Thank you :)
