Hi Sir
Thanks for your words of appreciation for our medical fraternity.
As your symptoms coincide with CoViD-19 i would suggest you to isolate yourself and go for RTPCR.
The loss of taste is an indication for the same alongwith fever and weakness.
Please go for RTPCR.
Better be negative after a test than becoming a source of infection for your near and dear ones.
Thank you for your kind words.
Because of the current situation, it would be prudent to get yourself tested for RTPCR. But nevertheless, continue the treatment that you're following now, keep yourself isolated from others at home for the nest 14 days, take nutritious diet and rest well. If you can get tested, please do so.
It can be covid 19
You can go for test if avilable
Otherwise this treatment continue
Monotor spo2 saturation and temprature regularly
You can consult for further help me on practo if need
Some blood test and treatment if symptoms persist
Actually this is the time when Covid comes in mind before any flu. So to be on safe side, go for RTPCR test. Have all the medications as prescribed, plus protein rich diet, plenty of fluids orally.
Next Steps
don't worry. you will be fine

It may or may not be covid... But definitely you need to get it ruled out because of high infectivity rate.
