ur history is very incomplete, like sicne when u experiencing this symptom, does wholw hand and feets are involved or only a part of ti is involved , how severe is the itching and does it increasing or decrasing.
cause can be any starting from allergy to parasitic infestation of skin or some systemic cause can be cleared with a good history and picture of the redness.
u can consult me with a picture of the rash
