Fever not coming down
Hi Dr. ,
Me and my mother in law got covid positive report
But my husband got covid negative report but the day report has came, he has high grade fever. Today it's 4th day. Dolo was not working then we gave him meftal Forte.
Fever is not breaking down. After 6 hours, fever is starting again.
Please suggest

Even though his report is negative, consider him to be positive and follow the protocols accordingly. For fever, continue the medicines and also give cold sponging. Give warm water to drink and avoid giving cold water. Also add betahexidine gargles.
