2nd dose of Covishield due on May

Asked for Male, 71 Years

My father has taken the 1st dose of Covishield on 20th Mar 2021. So, the 2nd dose should be taken by May 1st week. But he is currently having cough and cold. He was in 5 days of medication with Ivermectin and Azithromycin. Can he take the 2nd dose of the vaccine as scheduled?
