My father has sore throat with irritation for last some days and slight cough. No fever or other problem.

Tab Azithral (500mg) 1 OD before food for 5 days
Syrup Ascoril D 2 tsf twice daily for 7 days
Gurgle with lukewarm saline water
Avoid cold food and drinks
Avoid staying in Air conditioned room.
Next Steps
If symptom persists for more than 2 days get tested for covid-19
