Sore throat and cough
I am having throat ulcers, throat pain, mucus in throat(no coughing), problem in swallowing from yesterday. There seems to be gas problem as well.

Cefexim 200 two times after food for 3to5 days.

Seems like pharyngitis. You need an Antibiotic - preferably Amoxicillin + clavilinic acid Three times a day for 3 days + saline gargles twice a day.
Painkiller for Throat pain for easy swallowing.
Antacids also needed to prevent stomach ulcer induced by pain killer
Next Steps
saline water gargles , antibiotics, antacids, voice rest , plenty of water .
