Hi all Doctors, I am non pregnant woman and was prescribed Thyroxine (ELTROXIN) 50mcg thyroid tablets 2 years ago and I was using the same from 2 years regularly. But recently, i started feeling irritated, sleeplessness & anxiety, tremors as well so when researched in Google I found the symptoms may be due to over dosage of thyroxine. Also it was found that low t3 levels are cause of depression as well. So I stopped thyroid tablets for 3 days and went to clinic for test and my report was as below. As On 03.03.25 - T3-1.42, T4-13.60, TSH - 3.05 My T3 increased , T4 decreased and TSH also increased. My detailed thyroid reports are as below. As On 06.02.25 - T3-0.74, T4-14.57, TSH - 1.26 As On 17.09.24- T3-0.83, T4-10.64, TSH-1.879 As On 06.10.23 - T3-1.01, T4-7.51, TSH - 7.302 So kindly look into the detailed report thoroughly and kindly let me know if I should lower the dosage of thyroid or stop taking the same as after not taking thyroid tablets my t3 levels increased

I have been feeling lethargic and sleepy in the morning even after full sleep. I don't have energy at all

Hi Dr. I get regular periods. I do have some tenders in my breast almost before all periods. But this time I have taken an off from my office for three months and I am home and I am noticing that my periods are due in three days and I am getting tenderness on right side upper breast Corner. The randomness is only present when I touch over it or else there is no pain or problem. I am very scared. I have anxiety issues and depression is this normal. This is giving me health OCD. Please reply if this is a normal thing to pain on one side more like both, my breast are tender, but one side is More. Please help and reply. Respected doctor. I have no other issues. No lump no discharge. No fever normal regular periods.

Age 40 years Height 5.7 Weight 89kg Symptoms  1) light headness,Dizziness or being pulled like the feeling from the back of the neck. 2) weakness or unbalanced feeling in legs. Fall like a feeling. 3) Symptoms especially start in the afternoon. On the lunch table at the peek. Evening walk also discomfort. 4) All blood reports are normal. BP normal. Mild LVH in 2D echo. 5) Can walk continuously but above mentioned discomfort. Please suggest.

My age 31 years male since childhood IBS / very very weak digestive power and very low immunity. My uncle aged 56 years and my mother aged 54 years ate same food what I had ate. But eating that I got severe auto flow diarrhoea and severe vomiting also followed by kidney damage but my uncle and mother did not get any problem. How is it possible???

From 2 months I was facing slight pain in right testis which was very mild but feeling like dragging and tha pain is also in the inner right thigh and leg . It is feeling like radiating from testis to thigh. The pain sometimes in the right testis sometime it move to the left testis.and I also feel sometime burning sensation near the thigh area. What could be the reason behind this pain I have searched in google it was showing tumor I am very scared plzz help what could be the reason behind this. I have done the lower abdomen usg it is normal and the urine test is also normal. I am attaching the reports. Plz tell what could be the reason. Note- I already have hiatus hernia.

Can thyroid increases body temperature(low grade fever)and body ache and weight loss is this is included in thyroid.
