My thigh area itching with rashes which cream I can use since three days i applied coxount oil but same problem

I am having 101 degree fever and body ache since last Friday evening. The fever relapses after Paracetamol effect wear off. I am scared if it is something serious or is it just a viral fever which stays for 3-4 days? Pls clarify.

I am experiencing anal itching, can I use albendazole 400 mg tablet. If yes, at what frequency shall I take it.

Dear doctors,      I got rabies vaccination 3 months and 10 days ago Because of contact with an unknown dog saliva In my hands i don't know if I had cuts or not I got vaccinated fully through intradermal route in govt hospital without immunoglobulin... Now I am overthinking and stressed out about it after recent internet scroll i found out that if immunoglobulin is not used people can get rabies So,Am I safe or not? I didn't get human immunoglobulin during my course of vaccination!!
