For the past 3 years infected by fever in every 30-40 days repeatedly.recently checked total blood counts which are normal. No weight loss or other symptoms.is to worry..? What I care for..?

How will a patient is treated when she is suffering from both malaria and typhoid. along with low rbc approx 297000 , haemoglobin counts to 9.1 and patients is unable to walk and do any work . and treatment is going on since last 20 day . what is the next step ?

My uncle got admitted recently due to low potassium levels... Never heard about this illness before so checked online and found that rice can cause low potassium...my uncle eats brown rice only twice a day...1)should I ask him to avoid rice for few days? 2)is chapati okay to eat during low potassium.3) which fruits to eat to normalise potassium levels

I usually take tea and plain paratha in breakfast at 7: 30 AM , in lunch time at 12:30 pm I eat rice and veg curry and in evening time at 4 pm  I drink tea .After consuming these food items I took sugar test with glucometre at 6 pm evening , my level was  118 . Is it ok ? Please suggest .

So I am an anxiety patient and have 5 pills for it.. I suffer from health anxiety. It's been over a year since I need to use the loo many times or alternates with constipation. My esr and cbc all clear. Weight loss around 10/11 kg in 10 months lack of appetite as well. Can someone advise? My anxiety increased again with loss of just 500 grams... please do suggest next stepping

Iam using olmezest H20 tab for hypertension, iam taking bp readings by automated bp monitor at home. My first reading very high, 2 and 3 readings are very normal. During my first reading iam very excited and anxiety. My doubt is which reading is considered first high reading or later readings. Pls suggest. Example. 1 150/75 2 120/70 3 117/70. Regards.
