How long does one shot of TT gives protection, i had one shot last may , though it is just for awareness

To wo mnaa krr rhe he ki aise rabies nhi hogaa. Is he right ir wrong? Please reply.

Whenever I shallow something its very painful to me like even drinking water and i have a fever from yesterday and whenever it gets night the pain becomes more painful in my neck even after taking painkiller it's not getting less

I am feeling body ache and fatigue since last 5-6 days, feels like I have fever but temperature is normal. Also, have constipation since last 3 days and I get little bit chills in the evening. If I woke up from sleep, it feels like I have zero energy.
