Sleep issue.

Feeling feverish Most of the time
Hi doc , I do feel feverish most of the time with body temp 98.7 sometimes it escalates

B complex and Vit D
Hello Sir and Madam,
I was prescribed Vit D 3 and Bcomplex along with the BP and Statin. The time period was 1 month for Bcomplex and 8 weeks for Vit D3.Can I take Vit B complex for longer duration. Are there any side effects. Please guide. Regards.
