Betadine gargle add1 ml  solution inhot to warm water gargle it before meals. Cefexim 200 two times after food for five days.  Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for five days. Montek lc one at night for five days.  Synarest after breakfast n lunch for 3to5 days.

Tab azithromycin 500mg one daily for 3 days. Tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 5 days. Do gargles with hot water and few drops of listril. Continue steam inhalation.
