My albumin is 5.3 gm/dl. I consulted AIIMS and they said it is normal. Please advise. do I need to worry?

I took the LFT, KFT, b12, and vitamin D tests recently. KFT had normal values while LFT had some abnormal values bilirubin direct-0.36 Total protein -8.72 SGPT-70 Globulin -4.02 A/G-1.2 And--- vitamin B12-159 (low) Vitamin D- 32.5 Do I need to worry I have a sedentary lifestyle where I study all day and recently I also left the gym(1.5 months back). Also I should stop consuming proteins or what? I don't drink alcohol, neither I smoke.

Hello all , For the past 1 and half month I have been experiencing health related anxiety and in mild depression, i currently have cold and cough for about 10 days and i went to doctor for that , got my blood pressure checked and it showed 136/70 , I did not have a history of high blood pressure, this is the first time it's showing like this , is this spike because of my anxiety, cold and depression symptoms? Can I check my bp in mid July where i will be little bit alright? Need your advice please.
