I underwent a C-section surgery six months ago and have been experiencing a persistent dry cough for the past seven days. The cough hasn’t subsided, and due to continuous coughing, my voice has become hoarse. Additionally, I am feeling pain at my surgery site, which seems to worsen with the coughing. Could you please advise on possible causes and suitable remedies? Should I be concerned about the pain at the surgery site? I am having 3-4 liters of water and urine color is colorless, than also body doesn't sweat when it heats up due to exercise of hot weather. The water I am consuming gets excreted through urine and feels like body does not retain water to produce sweat. Mouth and lips are also dry all the time. What could be the issue? Is it due to electrolyte imbalance or any other problem?

I am taking tablets for Vitamin B12 and D3 deficiencies, can you please suggest me if I need to vitamin K and magnesium tablet along with it?

Since yesterday suddenly my husband is feeling extremely lower back pain. He is not able to move his legs as well. He is not able to sit with a straight posture since it's straining in the lower part. Kindly let us know what kind of testing and scans are needed.
