Hi dr I am 36 year old male with diabetes ( h1b1 7).. with weight 98 Hight 6feet. I am doing gym from 3 month but always have to leave gym after 5 6 days of continuous gym because either i gets fever... aur so tiredness that i dnt feel to do gym I am non veg person and consume meat 4time a week atleast.. Taking diabetes medicine along with fruots and all. I am irritated with this.. I starte sweating badly when i do gym even in AC gyn My bp remains little high... lipid profile are om border... What should i improve so that i can enjoy gym...improve my stamina.. I am.married and do sex every alternate day because planning to convince.. Do this deceased testerone..

I get low bp often while sleeping in the afternoon 80/50, and dizzy while standing up? My TSH is increasing. Could this be thyroid related? Or any other issue.

I have a bunch of cold sores/blisters together on the corner of my lips and before its emergence, I feel a slight increase in body temperature and my lips start to feel dry and tingly and then itchy after emergence. It occurs generally on the corners of my lips on different spots. It's been recurring for 7-8 years in a 3-4 month time period and stays for 5-6 days and then dries off on its own. Do I need a proper consultation? What should I do?

My T4 is 13.4 but my T3 and TSH are normal. Do o have thyroid ? I am having excessive hair fall too.

My upper right side of back area (lats and close surroundings) hurts while I breathe from few days(it subsided usually in few days)but it got aggravated today once I woke up (did some Arms workout with stretching and roller yesterday). I was admiited for pancreatitis for 9 days last month and also got sezuire cuz of withdrawal do. Put me on libiruim and lorazepam all going good but from three days i started loose motion took med oflatas oz today i suddenly started feeling dizzy my bp came 98/74 and heart beat 120-134 feeling sleepy what should i do i have not take libiruim today cuz of this what ia th cause and how to raise bp for heart rate i took inderal 10 mg but no effect and my hb was 11.9 pla advice
