Flu

I have lost my appetite and I can't get out of my bed. I feel cold even when it's really hot outside. I feel dizzy every time I get up and walking feels like a task. I am nauseous sometimes. There's a constant bitter taste in my mouth and I can't stop feeling thirsty. My head is constantly heavy and i have not been able to sleep for the past three days. What can it possibly be and how to get rid of it?

I tested positive for typhoid fever on January 1st week after antibiotic treatment no fever but I can't sleep at night If I sleep also within 2 hours waking up still this issue is there I need to know the reason please explain
