Hi first i could get pharyngitis sinusitis often now a days when summer started i am having icecream cold drinks chilled water n now rainy season is started i am not getting pharyngitis sinusitis i am not getting sick now a days What is the reason for not getting sick

I’ve been having a headache since this morning — it’s a throbbing pain. Whenever I change my position or bend, there’s a pulsating kind of pain. Even when I got a head massage today, it hurt whenever my mother touched my head. When I press around my eyes, it hurts there too. I even took Combiflam, but it didn’t help. My blood pressure is also normal. Please help.

I had severely low vitamin d3 which was 2.5 on Feb. now 3 weeks back I had completed my course of uprise d3 60k. Now again I'm feeling weak especially on my arms and shoulders as well as legs at times. I'm advised to test after 6 weeks of completion of the course. But the weakness is not going

I have this single red dot on thigh, its non blanching, and as I have scratched it multiple times the surrounding area is red. Does it look like purpura or petiache? I had my CBC done last month and platelets were around 2.5 lacs. I sometimes get them but singular in number. Also I have two of them one on leg and another on my arm, and they are there since many months. I'm worried, is this something serious. Also in another pic there's a spot that feels like a healed bruise. It has no pain. I have attached the pics of both. I'm scared. Are these symptoms of leukemia.

A few months ago, I experienced chest pain and consulted a doctor. Tests including ECG, chest X-ray, blood work, and troponin levels were done—all came back normal. Cardiac issues were ruled out, and I was diagnosed with acid reflux. I took the prescribed medication and saw gradual improvement. Later, I developed fever, diarrhea, and joint pain. The doctor suspected inflammation and prescribed antibiotics. After a month, symptoms improved slightly, but I continued to feel mild chest and back pain, especially on the left side and while lying down. I then had a stool test for H. pylori, which came back negative. Further blood tests showed low folic acid, high LDL, HDL, and triglycerides, along with abnormal liver function (elevated aminotransferase and mean platelet volume). Despite following lifestyle changes as advised, I still experience discomfort in my throat, chest, and lower back (both sides). I’ve tried multiple treatments, but the issue hasn’t fully resolved. I am currently abroad and have explored all available medical options. I still feel generally unwell, with occasional fast heartbeats and a choking sensation in my throat. I’m unsure of the underlying cause and would greatl appreciate your guidance.
