Can you localise the pain??? Get a stool test done for occult blood or to look for parasite along with CBC , liver function test and renal function test to rule out infective or inflammatory aetiology. Till then you can have medicine for abdominal pain like drotaverine. Go for ct if pain worsens. Further evaluation need more detailed clinical history and examination

Hello , This there are 2 possibilities - this can be enteric / typhoid fever ( need complete history and complete blood count atleast ).2nd if the duration of your illness is more that 4 weeks then another possibility is abdominal Tuberculosis. If it doesn't settle with antibiotics we need to evaluate further . And for this if oral antibiotics doesn't deal with your symptoms then u need intravenous antibiotics . Hope this helped . Do consult with blood report .
