I got my CBC done today and my lymphocytes (differential) is 40%, absolute lymphocyte count is 3040.. All other parameters are within range except my ESR which is 30 (range 0-15). However, for WBC, the report says "Transformed lymphocytes seen".. What does it mean? Is it any serious issue? My CBC from Oct 2024 had lymphocyte 43% & normal ESR and from Sep 2024 had lymphocyte 45% and ESR = 72, just for context. Is the decreasing value of lymphocytes a good sign? Please advice. Thanks.
