Hi experts , I have been experiencing severe pain in back neck and head it feels like a hangover and head spins alot. It triggers anytime during the day or sometines once a week or in 2 weeks as soon as I wake up. I have to take combiflam tablets to fade this out everytime. I have observed that eating outside or having sugary items at night  causes this more. I occasionally drink during business  outings as my profession requires, This neck and head ache starts after that too. It's been years and it is now its unbearable sometimes and my whole days gets wasted i feel light headed and dozzy when this happens this affects my day to day functions too. Is it some chronic inflammation Spondylitis?that causes this. I have some health Anxiety too and this pain adds alot to it. Please suggest what diagnosis is required to cure or manage this

I have been suffering from smelly gas/flatulence for the last one and a half years. Eating a homemade, clean diet, a sulfur-free diet, and not at all eating any kind of added sugar for gut microbiome, eating curd everyday. No allergies or food intolerances, no sibo. Smell increases more during PMS. Inspite of doing everything and consulting with gastroenterologist I don't feel much relief. I don’t usually have constipation issue but if occasionally it happens it makes the smell worst. Even meds are not working. Sometimes gas stuck in my abdomen and have to do puppy pose extended yoga to release it. What to do?

From my recent health report my creatine level turned out to be 0.65 (0.70 - 1.20) , along with drinking plenty of water is it safe to take creatine monohydrate ?

Dear Sir, Kindly suggest whether intradermal rabbies vaccine in both arm at day 0,3,7&28 is ideal protocol. In our govt hospital same pattern has been following. I have recently tested thyroid, lipid profile. My thyroid (tsh) is 6.5 and T3,T4 normal. Also my triglyceride is normal but cholesterol LDL is 164. Beside diet maintaining and workout excercise what kind of things i can do to reduce this parameters. Any medicine need to take? My age is 30 , I am overweight 85. Height is 5 ft.
