Dog bite with teeth no marks no blood no scratch a cloth torn little bit..local street dog..just like holding my leg for food..I washed the area but still feeling is it worth to get vaccination..I have called local compounder he said need not to worry as there is no blood

No matter what you should get the Anti Rabies vaccine 4 doses on Day 0, 3, 7, 28 of dog bite .
If you didn't take , Take as soon as possible.
We categorise dog bite based on the wound
Yours comes under Category 2
If bleeding occurs it becomes category 3
Which requires immunoglobulin along with Anti rabies vaccination.
So Take ARV immediately based on the schedule I given above.since rabies has no cure, Don't take risk.
