Hello doc.I am taking evion 400 mg vitamin e capsules daily after dinner for the past 10 days  , and it's working well on my hair and skin , so are there any side effects of daily consumption or should I change the schedule taking it . Please help..

My Vitamin D levels are low (currently 23). I have been taking Vitamin D 60,000 IU supplements under a doctor’s supervision for around 6 months with gaps in between, but my levels have still not increased much and remain almost the same. Can anyone suggest what further course of action may help? Should I check for any absorption issues, calcium, B12, magnesium, or other related problems?

Can someone say if someone fear about exposure to person and he is also negative and me also negative by confirming rapid test hiv, then still if I take pep 28 days duovir n ,by taking medicine will cause hiv if he is not hiv infection... because of medicine?

Male.38Yrs.186cms.90Kgs. I completed 3 dose hepatitis B vaccine last year. When immunity was checked after 1 year it was 5 mIU/ml. I remember 12 years back hepatitis B ,3 dose vaccine was taken and the immunity check at that time was also negative. Now I think there is something odd with my body. I have restarted the 3 dose vaccination again . Most probably the immunity test will come negative this time as well. What can be the reason ?.

Hello Doctor, My recent reports show: Homocysteine: 63.6 LDL: 148 Non-HDL: 168 I also have a history of gastritis. I have been taking Neurobion Forte and Folic Acid tablets for the last 45 days. Please let me know if these medicines are appropriate and when I should repeat the tests. My last test was done on 25 March 2026, and the above values are from that report. Please also suggest any other medicines/supplements or precautions. Thank you.

Last two days fever. yesterday evening took medicine ie. Chestencold, wingestic MR with aciloc. After sometime fever gone but in early morning around 4am again fever came. And same it is. Please suggest remedy.
