Doctor my anti rabies vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal 4 dose and i completed Last 4th Dose on 1st November 2021 but today my neighbour's cat Licked my Lips while playing cat is not vaccinated so should again i have to take anti rabies vaccine??

I am attaching my Thyroid test reports which just came one week ago, , I wanted to check if this comes under hypo or hyper? T3 and T4 are in required range but TSH is 12.84.
Also my doctor has prescribed thyronorm 25mcg so is this fine as per the test reports?
